Vitalise is a national charity providing services for disabled people, visually impaired people, and carers. We believe that disability need not be a barrier to a hassle-free, fun break. Our holidays for visually impaired and sighted holidays makers provide the opportunity to share a unique experience. By matching sighted people looking for a holiday with a difference with visually impaired people, who might not otherwise be able to experience a holiday, we enable groups to enjoy breaks in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
 
For adults with physical disabilities we provide breaks at Centres around the country with nursing and care staff in a relaxed holiday style. Breaks include 24 care on call, excursions, entertainment and a sociable, fun environment. We also provide family and group breaks for children and adults at our accessible adventure Centre in Cornwall.
